• • The intern will be instrumental in supporting the Advisor Marketing Platform (AMP) by collaborating with Regional Marketing Specialists (RMS) to ensure that client lists in Salesforce are consistently and accurately updated in AMP.
• • A core responsibility will be to maintain data integrity, proactively identifying and rectifying any discrepancies to ensure the highest level of accuracy in marketing databases.
• • The intern will actively assist in the creation of both email communications and event promotions within AMP, contributing to the execution of marketing initiatives.
• • This role involves coordinating and fulfilling marketing requests from advisors, acting as a liaison between advisors and the Content and Creative teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials.
• • Over the course of the internship, the goal is to become a subject matter expert in AMP, developing a deep understanding of the available advisor content and its strategic application.
• • A significant part of the role will involve customizing advisor templates in Canva, creating unique and engaging templates based on specific team and advisor requests.
• • The intern will be responsible for loading content and crafting these customized templates within AMP, ensuring a seamless integration of design and messaging.
• • Ensuring that content is supplied to advisors in a timely, accurate, and detail-oriented manner is paramount to the success of this role.
• • Maintaining organized content categories within AMP will be essential to enhance ease of use and accessibility for advisors.
• • In terms of Salesforce Platform Support, the intern will provide ad hoc assistance for the team's data and segmentation needs, contributing to more targeted marketing efforts.
• • The role includes helping to provide valuable analysis to RMS and advisory teams, translating data into actionable insights.
• • A key learning objective is to perform data segmentation and analysis, understanding how these processes drive business growth and inform marketing strategies.
• • The intern will create Salesforce campaigns that are aligned with specific events, enabling the tracking of Return on Investment (ROI) for marketing activities.

• • Furthermore, the intern will support the creation of comprehensive "toolkits" – packages of materials designed for advisors to host events, including all necessary marketing collateral such as social posts, imagery, invitations, email copy and layout, checklists, and process documentation.
