- • Growth Lead at SimpleClosure Inc. is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role focused on discovering and scaling unconventional growth levers through rapid experimentation at the intersection of product, marketing, and data. This is not a traditional marketing position but a growth hacker role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, treats experiments as learning opportunities, and is driven to identify what truly moves the needle in customer acquisition and activation.
- • Day to day, you will design, launch, and evaluate a continuous portfolio of growth experiments, prioritizing high-potential, currently unscalable initiatives; build and maintain a structured test-and-learn framework with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and disciplined post-mortems; move quickly from idea to live test in days, not weeks; and rigorously distinguish between signal and noise to determine what’s worth scaling.
- • You will identify and exploit non-obvious acquisition channels such as communities, integrations, partnerships, content loops, viral mechanics, and referral programs, aiming to generate a disproportionate share of leads and awareness through creative, high-leverage tactics rather than paid spend, while seeking compounding and flywheel effects that deliver ongoing value.
- • Operating at the product-marketing intersection, you will collaborate closely with the product team to uncover growth loops embedded in onboarding, activation, referral, and retention; identify where the product can perform marketing functions and vice versa; and contribute to roadmap discussions with a growth-first mindset.
- • You will treat AI as core infrastructure—using it for research, content generation, personalization, outreach, data analysis, and automation—to build AI-assisted workflows that amplify your impact, stay current with emerging tools, and continuously upgrade your toolkit to multiply output.
- • You will synthesize and share learnings by documenting what works, what doesn’t, and why; turning individual experiments into institutional knowledge; fostering a culture of experimentation across the GTM organization through open sharing; and bringing data into every conversation to make insights visible and actionable.
