- • As an Assistant Manager/Manager, Performance Marketing at Interview Kickstart Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s performance marketing engine to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth in the competitive EdTech space. - • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring alignment with business goals while maintaining rigorous standards for efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes. This role demands both strategic vision and tactical execution, offering significant autonomy to innovate and optimize in a high-impact, fast-growing environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include: planning, executing, and maintaining performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Discovery, YouTube, Display), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Quora Ads; developing and overseeing end-to-end creative strategy to maximize engagement and conversion; identifying trends and insights from campaign data to optimize spend, targeting, and performance; designing, running, and analyzing continuous A/B and multivariate experiments to uncover growth opportunities and improve efficiency; demonstrating dual capability in strategic ideation (generating growth hypotheses) and tactical execution (managing campaign setup, optimization, and traffic analysis); driving and tracking key performance indicators such as revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, and ROAS on a daily basis; and producing clear, actionable performance reports for stakeholders.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in scaling profitable performance marketing campaigns in a high-growth EdTech environment, sharpen your analytical and experimental mindset through rigorous testing and insight-sharing, and gain end-to-end ownership of a critical revenue channel. You will also refine your leadership and mentoring abilities by potentially guiding junior marketers, all while working within a remote-first, high-trust organization that values creativity, accountability, and measurable impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of dedicated, full-time experience in performance marketing
- • Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns via creative strategy
- • Expertise in rapid scaling on at least 2 of these 3 platforms: Google Ads (Search, Discovery, YouTube, Display), LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads
- • Strong experience with additional platforms such as Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, or similar emerging ad channels
- • Highly analytical mindset with expertise in designing, running, and reporting on experiments, prioritizing actionable insights over raw data
- • Demonstrated ability to generate creative ad concepts that drive engagement and conversion
- • Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy and internal/external reporting
- • Experience in hiring, leading, and mentoring a marketing team
