- • The Media Specialist, Biosciences role at GenScript Biotech Corporation is a pivotal position supporting the execution of paid media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for the company’s innovative life science products and services. This role directly contributes to GenScript’s mission of advancing biotechnology by ensuring scientific messaging reaches the right audiences through targeted digital channels, ultimately supporting customer acquisition and brand growth in competitive B2B markets.
- • The person will support day-to-day paid media operations across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic/display platforms, including audience targeting, campaign setup, ad trafficking, budget monitoring, and performance tracking using GA4, UTM tagging, and pixel implementation. They will collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure creative assets meet technical and brand specifications, monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and MQL, and provide basic reports and optimization recommendations under guidance. Additional responsibilities include supporting global events and webinars through campaign amplification and tracking, assisting with branded merchandise initiatives, coordinating with external vendors and agencies, and ensuring all campaigns adhere to internal brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and scientific accuracy.

- • In this role, the individual will gain hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in the specialized biotech and life sciences sector, developing expertise in B2B digital marketing, scientific messaging compliance, and cross-functional campaign coordination. They will build proficiency in MarTech tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and ad platforms while contributing to measurable outcomes in lead generation and brand visibility. This position offers a strong foundation for growth into senior digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing strategy roles within the life sciences or broader B2B technology industries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in B2B biotech, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or scientific technology.
- • Practical experience using Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or similar paid media platforms for campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
- • Basic knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, pixel implementation, and reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Excel, with understanding of digital media KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, MQL) and campaign fundamentals.
- • Strong attention to detail for QA’ing campaign setups, tracking, and creative assets, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills to summarize performance and collaborate effectively.
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with exposure to supporting marketing events, webinars, or global campaigns considered a plus.
