- • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for financial advisors transitioning their practice to Savvy’s digital platform, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and advisor-centric experience.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors during the critical first 90 days post-signing, guiding them through system setup, tool adoption, and workflow migration from manual processes like Excel.
- • Collaborate closely with the Growth team to optimize the sales-to-activation handoff, defining and executing key onboarding milestones that accelerate time-to-revenue and reduce advisor churn.
- • Deliver customized training sessions and educational resources to enable advisors to become proficient users of Savvy’s AI-powered software, automated marketing tools, and back-office workflows.
- • Adapt training methods and communication styles to match the technical proficiency and preferences of individual advisors, ensuring high engagement and adoption rates across diverse user profiles.
- • Monitor advisor onboarding progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively coordinate with Client Servicing, Product, and Operations teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth client account transitions.
- • Drive measurable revenue outcomes by ensuring advisors achieve full platform utilization quickly, directly linking successful onboarding to client retention and asset growth.
- • Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders across Advisory, Product, Marketing, and Operations to align onboarding strategy with company-wide priorities and product roadmap changes.
- • Continuously improve onboarding processes by documenting best practices, gathering feedback from advisors, and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- • Balance multiple concurrent onboarding tracks without sacrificing quality, adapting priorities rapidly in response to evolving business needs, product updates, or market demands.
- • Foster strong relationships with financial advisors through empathy, active listening, and transparent communication, positioning Savvy as a trusted partner in their modernization journey.
- • Act as a customer-obsessed advocate within the company, translating advisor feedback into product and process improvements to enhance the overall platform experience.
- • Maintain detailed records of advisor progress, milestones achieved, and support interactions to inform reporting and inform leadership on key performance indicators related to onboarding success.
- • Embrace a high-growth, fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently, requiring agility, ownership, and resilience in the face of ambiguity.
- • Contribute to building scalable, repeatable systems that support Savvy’s rapid expansion—currently managing over $5.1B in AUM with 600%+ growth in 18 months.
- • Partner with the Advisor Success team to ensure all advisors receive consistent, high-quality support that reflects Savvy’s mission to modernize human financial advice through technology.
- • Take initiative to solve complex operational challenges, whether through process design, tool adaptation, or cross-functional coordination, always with a humble and "can do" attitude.
- • Remain deeply informed about Savvy’s product capabilities and financial industry dynamics to effectively advise advisors on best practices and platform potential.
- • Work in close proximity to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations while contributing directly to company growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3 to 5+ years in a sales enablement, customer success, client engagement, or account management role in technology, fintech, or wealth management
- • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- • Training and presentation skills with ability to adapt styles to different advisors’ needs
- • Ability to plan and prioritize workload, multitask, and meet deadlines with quality output
- • Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes
- • Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
