- • As an Advisory Solution Director (Sales) at Acxiom LLC, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Health Tech sectors by driving strategic sales of Salesforce Health Cloud and related multi-cloud solutions. This role is critical to helping pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare services organizations leverage technology to improve patient outcomes, enhance provider engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- • You will lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex enterprise opportunities, partnering with C-level stakeholders to assess needs, design tailored solutions, and negotiate statements of work. Your consultative approach will position Acxiom as a trusted advisor in digital transformation initiatives across the healthcare ecosystem.
- • You will collaborate closely with Salesforce account executives, delivery teams, and ecosystem partners to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while ensuring seamless handoff from strategy to implementation.
- • You will develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, solution demonstrations, and go-to-market strategies specifically tailored to the unique demands of life sciences and healthcare clients, aligning technology capabilities with business and compliance objectives.
- • You will build and nurture long-term strategic relationships within the healthcare and life sciences industry, contributing to sustained revenue growth and establishing Acxiom as a thought leader in areas such as patient engagement, data interoperability, and HIPAA/GxP compliance.
- • You will maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and reporting, track progress against targets, and stay current on emerging trends in digital health to continuously refine solution positioning and messaging.
- • You will work cross-functionally with Acxiom’s advisory, marketing, and delivery teams to develop industry-specific offerings and campaigns that resonate with healthcare decision-makers and support scalable growth.
- • You will operate in a remote, North American-based role, enjoying flexibility while contributing to a high-performing sales and marketing team focused on innovation and client success in regulated industries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales or account executive experience, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem consulting or services space.
- • 3+ years of experience working with healthcare, life sciences, or health technology clients.
- • Proven experience selling Salesforce Health Cloud or related Salesforce products including Life Sciences Cloud.
- • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- • Salesforce Certifications (Health Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
