- • The Advisory Solution Director - Salesforce Practice role at Acxiom LLC is a strategic position focused on generating new logo business and expanding the client base in the Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy industries through consultative selling of Salesforce multi-cloud solutions.
- • Day to day, the role involves driving strategic growth in target verticals by positioning multi-cloud offerings such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Data360, and Agentforce; advising clients on data management strategies to optimize Data360 and Agentforce; leading solution strategy sessions, opportunity analysis, account discovery, proposal presentations, and SOW negotiations with C-level stakeholders; collaborating with Salesforce account executives and ecosystem partners to identify and close new logo opportunities; developing and delivering sales presentations and solution demonstrations aligned to client objectives; managing the full sales cycle from strategy to implementation; building long-term strategic relationships within the Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy ecosystem; working cross-functionally with advisory, engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to develop industry-specific go-to-market strategies; maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting; and staying informed on emerging industry trends to position Acxiom as a trusted thought leader.
- • Acxiom’s Salesforce Practice is a Salesforce Summit Partner dedicated to designing, delivering, and optimizing Salesforce multi-cloud solutions that transform how clients do business. The team is united by a passion for innovation, collaboration, customer success, and measurable revenue growth, operating as a remote North American-based sales team.
- • In this role, the individual can achieve significant impact by expanding Acxiom’s market presence in high-value industries, mastering complex enterprise sales cycles, developing deep expertise in Salesforce industry-specific solutions, influencing cross-functional go-to-market strategies, and building a reputation as a trusted advisor to C-level executives in Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy sectors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales or account executive experience, preferably within Salesforce ecosystem consulting or services
- • 3+ years of experience working with Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy clients
- • Proven experience selling Salesforce Platform and related industry solutions and/or accelerators
- • Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- • Salesforce Certifications in multiple Core Clouds, Media Cloud, and Communications Cloud are strongly preferred
