📋 Description

  • As an Aftermarket Sales Specialist at Nordson Nonwovens, you will drive organic growth by selling parts and services to end-users, supporting aftermarket sales initiatives, and building strong customer relationships through personalized engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, providing on-site technical support, conducting site visits to strengthen customer relationships, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, collaborating with internal teams (engineering, sales, marketing), preparing sales reports and forecasts, and presenting process improvement proposals to senior leadership.
  • Nordson Nonwovens is a global leader in precision dispensing and fluid management technologies, serving the nonwovens industry to enhance production efficiency and product quality in hygiene and medical disposable manufacturing, including products like baby diapers, feminine care, adult incontinence, and surgical supplies.
  • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in aftermarket parts sales within industrial environments, refine strategic account management skills, gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration with engineering and marketing teams, and contribute directly to revenue growth and customer retention strategies in a supportive, inclusive workplace.
