  • • The Agency Manager, Grocery Accounts leads the strategic development and execution of business plans for Gold Bond products across key grocery retail accounts (Ahold, Publix, Meijer) and broker partnerships in the East and West regions, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring optimal product placement and promotional execution.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive business plans to meet revenue targets, leading negotiations with retailers on pricing, promotions, shelf placement, and distribution, managing broker relationships for alignment with commercial objectives, conducting regular business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities, analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making, developing joint business plans with retail partners, monitoring and reporting on account performance metrics, providing guidance to agency managers and field teams, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing, serving as the primary point of contact for grocery accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with retail decision-makers and broker organizations, ensuring exceptional customer experience through responsive communication and problem-solving, and representing Gold Bond at industry events and trade shows as needed.
