- • As an Agency Partner Manager for EMEA at Rebuy, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the e-commerce landscape by driving intelligent, personalized shopping experiences for a global clientele. You will play a pivotal role in executing Rebuy's go-to-market strategy within the dynamic Shopify ecosystem, focusing on cultivating and expanding a portfolio of strategic B2B agency partners across the EMEA region.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and grow revenue-generating partnerships with agencies specializing in digital commerce, marketing, and systems integrations. These partners are crucial conduits for Rebuy, instrumental in generating new business, facilitating expansion within existing accounts, and driving long-term, sustainable growth for the company.
- • You will be empowered to lead the strategic direction and tactical execution of key partnership initiatives and alliances. This involves a deep understanding of how to leverage these partnerships to expand Rebuy's market reach and impact.
- • Cross-functional collaboration will be a cornerstone of your role. You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Merchant Success, to ensure alignment on partner goals and to effectively address the evolving needs of both our agency partners and their end-clients (merchants).
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve the ownership of new partnership initiatives. This means identifying opportunities, developing frameworks for engagement, and ensuring that our partners are fully enabled, motivated, and strategically positioned to deliver measurable revenue impact for Rebuy.
- • You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing robust relationships with a diverse portfolio of agency partners operating within the Shopify ecosystem throughout EMEA. This requires a proactive and consultative approach to partnership management.
- • A key objective will be to build and execute comprehensive strategies with these agency partners. The focus will be on creating symbiotic value, with a clear emphasis on acquiring new merchants and driving revenue expansion with existing merchant accounts through partner-led initiatives.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to co-develop a robust pipeline of merchant prospects originating from your partner portfolio. This collaboration is essential for achieving ambitious lead generation and revenue targets, as well as for successfully closing new opportunities and setting up accounts for future revenue expansion.
- • A critical function will be the activation and enablement of partners. This involves providing tailored 1:1 training, offering project support, and ensuring partners are equipped to drive effective implementations of Rebuy's solutions, specifically geared towards experimental growth strategies that benefit their merchant clients.
- • You will proactively engage with Marketing and your partners to conceptualize and execute co-marketing campaigns and awareness-building efforts. This includes leveraging both digital channels and in-person events to amplify Rebuy's presence and value proposition within the partner network.
- • This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You will be expected to set and consistently exceed ambitious targets, including quotas, demonstrating a strong growth mindset and a high degree of agency in your work.
- • The ability to work effectively in a remote setting is paramount, requiring strong self-discipline, communication skills, and the ability to manage your time and tasks independently.
- • You will also be expected to travel domestically to visit partner offices, attend industry conferences, and participate in events, with an estimated travel commitment of 20-50% of your time, ensuring strong face-to-face engagement with key stakeholders.
- • Ultimately, you will be instrumental in scaling Rebuy's partnership program across EMEA, contributing directly to the company's mission of revolutionizing commerce through intelligent, personalized customer experiences.
