  • • Your primary mission will be to spearhead high-impact, end-to-end recruitment searches for U.S.-based roles, leveraging Clera's advanced AI platform. You will serve as the strategic recruiting partner for our esteemed clients, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance. This involves not only executing full-cycle searches but also providing invaluable advisory services to hiring managers, utilizing a combination of data-driven insights and keen judgment to ensure successful hires. This is a role that demands a high degree of ownership and thrives in a dynamic startup environment. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable operating with a significant degree of autonomy, possesses the confidence to challenge conventional thinking or provide constructive pushback when necessary, and has a proven ability to make decisive and accurate judgments regarding talent acquisition.
  • • In this role, you will be instrumental in running comprehensive, full-cycle recruiting processes for a diverse range of U.S.-based positions, all powered by Clera's sophisticated AI platform. Your responsibilities will include meticulously reviewing AI-generated candidate matches to swiftly pinpoint the most qualified and relevant talent pools. You will conduct in-depth interviews and rigorous qualification assessments of candidates, subsequently presenting concise, high-signal shortlists to hiring managers that accurately reflect the client's needs. A key aspect of your role will involve actively participating in client calls, gaining a granular understanding of role requirements, and offering candid, strategic guidance on hiring strategies and market dynamics. You are expected to act as a true, trusted partner to our clients, which includes proactively addressing and challenging any unclear or unrealistic expectations they may have to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process. You will take full ownership of candidate pipelines from initial engagement through to the final offer, ensuring efficient and transparent progression at every stage. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in providing structured, actionable feedback to our engineering team, aimed at continuously refining and improving the AI's matching algorithms and overall workflow efficiency. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and reliable candidate notes and process documentation is paramount to our operational success. Finally, you will be adept at prioritizing tasks across multiple concurrent searches, driving each one to a successful hire with a high degree of independence and minimal direct supervision.
