- • Guide aspiring insurance agents through the state licensing process via phone, text, and email to support successful exam passage on the first attempt.
- • Manage a pipeline of 150–200 new hires across the United States, providing consistent support throughout pre-licensing coursework stages.
- • Accurately communicate state-specific licensing requirements, including mandatory pre-exam coursework, to ensure compliance and readiness for exams.
- • Maintain detailed, accurate records of candidate progress and interactions using MS Access.
- • Conduct daily outbound and inbound calls to engage with new hires, agency partners, and hiring managers.
- • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with newly recruited sales agents to foster trust and motivation during the licensing journey.
- • Provide weekly progress updates to agency partners regarding candidate status and licensing milestones.
- • Stay current on evolving state pre-licensing regulations and promptly relay updates to management.
- • Collaborate regularly with supervisors to remain informed about policy changes, procedural updates, business initiatives, and technology shifts.
- • Utilize intermediate MS Office skills daily, particularly Excel and Access, to track and report candidate data.
- • Operate effectively across multiple digital platforms and communication tools to support remote workflows.
- • Self-manage daily tasks and priorities in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment with minimal supervision.
- • Adapt quickly to changing requirements, regulatory updates, and internal process modifications.
- • Function independently while contributing collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and written communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- • Ensure reliable and predictable attendance during assigned work hours as a remote employee.
- • Work full-time or part-time as specified by position requirements.
