- • As Agent Operations Regional Lead at WaveMM1 LLC in Niamey, Niger, you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s mission to make Africa the first cashless continent by overseeing agent network acquisition and operations in your assigned region.
- • Day to day, you will coordinate with Agent Openers to identify and acquire new agent locations, ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements during recruitment, manage agent training and certification (including KYC and AML/CTF), monitor liquidity and performance, manage agent churn, and serve as the primary contact for all agency network activities in your region.
- • You will join a rapidly growing, mission-driven team operating across nine African countries with remote global members, backed by top-tier investors including Founders Fund, Sequoia Heritage, Stripe, and Y Combinator, and committed to delivering radically affordable financial services to underserved populations.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial inclusion operations, agent network management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership in emerging markets, while driving measurable impact on financial access in Niger and beyond.
