- ⢠As an Agent Strategist at Vapi Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the companyâs enterprise footprint by owning post-sales engagement for high-value customers, directly influencing retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth in a fast-moving AI-driven voice platform.
- ⢠You will take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders while deeply understanding complex deployment architectures, use cases, and success criteria to ensure alignment with customer goals and Vapiâs platform capabilities.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities will include auditing account health, monitoring usage and sentiment signals, aligning cross-functionally with FDE, CSE, Sales, and Product teams, and establishing structured engagement cadences tailored to account tiers.
- ⢠You will drive proactive health monitoring, identify renewal risks and expansion opportunities, deliver executive-ready QBRs for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, and partner with Account Executives on commercial strategy beginning 120 days before renewal.
- ⢠Over time, you will enforce service tier boundaries, contribute to refining post-sales playbooks and tooling, and help scale the engagement model as Vapi grows its developer ecosystem beyond 600k users and adds 2,000+ new developers daily.
- ⢠You will join a mission-driven team focused on making voice the default interface for humanity, working in an ownership culture where 70% of employees are former founders, backed by tier-1 investors including Y Combinator, KP Seed, and Bessemer Venture Partners.
- ⢠This role offers the opportunity to grow into a strategic leader in post-sales at a high-growth AI infrastructure company, shaping best practices in technical account management while gaining deep expertise in voice AI, conversational platforms, and enterprise SaaS dynamics.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠5+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting at a B2B SaaS or API-first company
- ⢠Proven experience managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts with $100K+ ACV, including complex deployments and integrations
- ⢠Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to engage VP and C-level executives
- ⢠Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, deployment workflows, and architectureâable to discuss technical concepts without needing to write code
- ⢠Experience driving renewal and expansion motions, including building commercial narratives supported by usage and success metrics
- ⢠Highly organized with strong CRM hygiene, documentation practices, and consistent follow-through
- ⢠Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build processes in a high-growth, fast-evolving environment
- ⢠Bonus: Experience in voice technology, conversational AI, telephony, contact center systems, or AI/ML products
