- ⢠As the Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be an indispensable strategic advisor and trusted partner to our people leaders. Your primary focus will be on driving organizational effectiveness, fostering robust employee engagement, and leading critical talent management and compensation planning initiatives. - ⢠You will operate at the intersection of strategic foresight and operational excellence, ensuring that our Human Resources functions are not only aligned with but actively propel the company's overall objectives. - ⢠Key responsibilities include: Partnering closely with business leaders to gain a deep understanding of their strategic objectives and translating these into aligned, actionable HR strategies. Providing comprehensive support to both non-exempt and exempt employees, addressing their unique needs and contributing to their success. Spearheading initiatives designed to elevate organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency, encompassing critical areas such as organizational design, proactive change management, expert employee relations, and strategic succession planning. Collaborating seamlessly with the broader HR team to develop, refine, and implement best-in-class HR practices and programs that scale with our growth. Designing and executing strategies that cultivate a high-performance culture, championing employee engagement, and embedding principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion into the fabric of our workplace. Leveraging HR metrics and data analytics to generate insightful recommendations for leaders, offering clarity on workforce trends, optimizing talent management strategies, and assessing overall organizational health. Ensuring strict adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, while upholding the highest ethical standards in every facet of HR practice.
- ⢠You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience for our teams across two primary sites in Austin, TX, and Mountain View, CA, as well as supporting our valued remote employees. This role requires a dynamic individual who can navigate diverse employee populations and contribute to a cohesive and productive work environment, regardless of location. Travel will be a necessary component of this role to foster strong relationships and provide consistent support across all our locations.
