- • As the Agentic AI Lead (Business Transformation) at Tilth, you will partner with senior leadership to design and implement an AI-native operating system that transforms how the company works, thinks, and scales—directly impacting millions of customers who rely on Tilth’s innovative credit models that go beyond traditional scoring.
- • You will shape the future of work at Tilth by defining how autonomous AI tools, human expertise, and systematized knowledge integrate into daily operations, driving measurable improvements in speed, capacity, and efficiency across global teams.
- • You will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives—from diagnosing operational pain points and prototyping AI-powered workflows using tools like Claude, N8N, and custom GPTs, to scaling successful proofs-of-concept into company-wide playbooks and frameworks.
- • You will collaborate closely with data, engineering, and product teams to ensure technical infrastructure supports agentic AI adoption, while advising the CEO, Head of Product, and senior leaders on aligning AI capabilities with strategic business priorities.
- • You will champion a culture of responsible AI adoption, balancing innovation with Tilth’s core values of ownership, respect, and inclusion, ensuring that technological advancement enhances—not erodes—the human experience at work.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations, preferably in high-growth or startup environments as a founder or early team member
- • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems, workflows, or operating models to drive efficiency and scalability
- • Strong technical literacy with modern AI and automation tools including Claude, N8N, custom GPTs, Gemini, Replit, or similar platforms, with hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents, workflow automations, or custom skills
- • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to build trust and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders across global, distributed teams
- • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science); MBA or advanced degree preferred
- • Systems-thinking mindset with a bias for action—able to connect people, process, and technology to deliver measurable impact in complex environments
