• • As an Agentic Incident Management Founder in Manufacturing, you will build an AI-native incident response layer that ingests signals from fragmented factory systems—SCADA, PLC, MES, Historian, quality vision, predictive maintenance, CMMS, and environmental sensors—to surface critical alerts and trigger safe, automated responses before unplanned downtime occurs, addressing a $260,000/hour cost of operational failure.
• • Day to day, you will define the product vision, architect the full-stack AI service, validate market need with manufacturing operators, lead early technical development, and establish go-to-market strategy to reach $50-100K ARR, leveraging Forum Ventures’ validation playbooks and investor networks.
• • You will join Forum Ventures’ AI Studio, a founder-first ecosystem that has launched 17 companies since 2023, providing $250K in initial investment, end-to-end fundraising support, access to mentor networks, legal and recruitment guidance, and $100K in business perks to accelerate your path to product-market fit.
• • In this role, you will learn to translate deep manufacturing domain expertise into scalable AI-driven SaaS solutions, build and lead world-class engineering and sales teams, master venture-backed fundraising, and create a company that transforms how factories prevent downtime through intelligent, autonomous incident response.
