- • As an AI Agents Solutions Architect within Kraken’s People team, you will design and deploy production-grade AI-powered workflows that transform manual HR processes into autonomous, agentic systems serving thousands of global employees—directly enabling financial freedom and inclusion through crypto innovation.
- • You will architect and build agentic workflows using n8n, Claude API, Python, and MCP that execute real actions in HRIS, ATS, payroll, and ticketing systems with human oversight, error handling, audit trails, and compliance with PII and cross-jurisdictional privacy regulations.
- • You will own governance and risk for People AI systems by classifying automation builds by risk tier, maintaining audit logs, halting high-risk deployments, and representing HRKX in cross-functional governance standards to ensure legal and operational safety.
- • You will multiply the People team’s capability by producing runbooks, training HR professionals on AI tools, tracking automation impact (hours saved, error reduction), and enabling HR professionals to focus on high-value advisory work through technology enablement.
- • You will operate as a full-stack owner in a remote-first, mission-driven crypto company, moving from discovery to deployment without external consultants, leveraging deep Workday expertise and systems thinking to deliver scalable, maintainable AI solutions that scale across 70+ countries.
- • You will join a global team of Krakenites united by crypto conviction, working in a culture that values merit, diversity, and innovation—where your technical contributions directly advance Kraken’s mission to accelerate global crypto adoption and financial inclusion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years focused on building AI/ML-powered applications or agentic systems in production.
- • 2–3+ years of experience working on HR, People Operations, or people technology problems—either at an HR tech company, on an internal People Engineering team, or in a technical role embedded within an HR function.
- • Deep working knowledge of Workday, including job change workflows, worker conversions, EIB data uploads, integration architecture, and payroll dependencies.
- • Proficiency with AI tooling stack: n8n, Python, Claude API/Anthropic SDK, or equivalent, with demonstrated experience connecting HR systems via API in production environments.
- • Strong understanding of employee data classification, PII handling requirements, and cross-jurisdictional HR compliance obligations, including GDPR and other regulated data frameworks.
