AI Architect

📋 Description

• • The AI Architect will design and implement end-to-end architectures for Generative AI and AI/ML solutions, working under the guidance of the Director Enterprise Systems to bring the organization’s AI strategy to life. This role is deeply technical, hands-on, and delivery-focused, ensuring AI projects are secure, scalable, compliant, and production-ready for EdTech products that serve millions of students and educators.
• • Day to day, the person will design secure end-to-end AI solution architectures, implement GenAI solutions using RAG and vector search, build reusable code templates and libraries, architect federated data access patterns, partner with Security and Privacy teams on governance and compliance, collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.
• • The team operates within Cambium Learning Group’s Enterprise Systems division, focusing on building enterprise AI platforms and accelerators that support the company’s mission to help every teacher and student feel seen, valued, and supported through innovative EdTech solutions.
• • The person can learn and achieve mastery in operationalizing GenAI solutions in production, building reusable AI components and accelerators, establishing AI governance and security frameworks, and driving measurable reductions in engineering effort through standardized, scalable AI architectures.
