- • AI Associate - MD role at Included Health, Inc. focused on clinical AI quality assurance and oversight to ensure safe and effective use of AI/LLM tools in healthcare delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading or supporting governance, validation, and monitoring of AI/LLM tools, as well as supporting URAC/NCQA-aligned quality operations across virtual and hybrid care models.
- • Part of the Clinical Quality and Safety team reporting to the Patient Safety Officer, contributing to the mission of raising healthcare standards and ensuring equitable access to top-quality care.
- • Opportunity to shape clinical AI safety standards, gain leadership experience in AI governance within healthcare, and directly impact patient safety and care quality at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) required
- • Experience in clinical quality, patient safety, or healthcare quality assurance
- • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools in healthcare settings or interest in AI governance
- • Knowledge of URAC and/or NCQA quality standards and accreditation processes
- • Ability to support quality operations in virtual and hybrid care models
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
