📋 Description
- • The Senior Clinical Enablement Lead will shape and contribute to the end-to-end strategy for clinical adoption, workflow integration, and sustained utilization of Eko’s products across large provider groups and health systems, ensuring measurable customer outcomes and scalable processes that support long-term clinical success.
- • Day to day, the person will design and deliver high-impact clinical enablement programs, partner with Product, Enterprise Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Data Science to align training and workflow performance with product direction, and ensure customer experience informs deployment strategy and business value.
- • Eko is a mission-driven, high-performing team of engineers, physicians, PhDs, creatives, and technologists building FDA-cleared AI and digital tools to detect heart and lung disease, backed by top venture capital and recognized by TIME magazine in 2025 as a top healthcare technology company.
- • In this role, the person will learn to operationalize new clinical technology at scale, deepen expertise in implementation science and health system workflows, and drive real-world clinical impact by ensuring effective adoption of SENSORA and meaningful performance data capture and sharing.
