📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered automation tools that eliminate toil for 200+ engineers across five global hubs. You will design, build, and maintain solutions that triage bugs, enforce code-quality gates, and orchestrate test pipelines, directly reducing mean-time-to-resolution by 30 %.
• • Architect and deploy intelligent, agentic workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as LangChain or n8n. These systems will autonomously decide when to escalate alerts, generate pull-request summaries, or spin up ephemeral test environments—turning yesterday’s manual chores into tomorrow’s self-driving processes.
• • Integrate automation deeply into our CI/CD stack (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Argo CD) so every commit, container, and deployment inherits guardrails that you define. You will write Terraform modules and Node.js services that keep build times under five minutes and prevent regressions from ever reaching production.
• • Partner with QA, SRE, and product teams to uncover hidden inefficiencies. Run data-driven discovery sessions, instrument observability dashboards, and quantify ROI so stakeholders see exactly how many hours your bots give back each sprint.
• • Democratize automation by creating low-code templates, Slack bots, and self-service portals that let non-technical teammates automate their own workflows. Your documentation and brown-bag sessions will turn power users into citizen automators.
• • Monitor and continuously improve the performance of every bot you ship. Own SLIs such as automation coverage, false-positive rate, and engineering throughput; surface insights to leadership via automated weekly digests built in Looker or Metabase.
• • Champion security and compliance best practices. Embed HIPAA-grade controls, secrets management, and audit trails into every automation artifact, ensuring patient data remains protected while velocity increases.
• • Contribute to open-source projects and internal guilds, raising the bar for automation craft across the organization. Your reusable libraries will be showcased at meetups and conferences, reinforcing doxy.me’s reputation as a thought leader in AI-driven DevEx.
