- • Architect, build, and optimize AI-assisted operational workflows and automations to improve efficiency across ecommerce and CPG business functions.
- • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Cursor to rapidly prototype and deploy technical solutions without extensive manual coding.
- • Connect and integrate systems across CRM, fulfillment, marketing, customer support, and payment platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, and n8n.
- • Design and maintain centralized dashboards and reporting systems to increase operational visibility and data-driven decision-making.
- • Automate repetitive tasks in customer service, order fulfillment, inventory tracking, marketing campaigns, and financial reporting to reduce manual workload.
- • Assist in the development of lightweight internal tools and applications that support scaling operations across multiple brands and business units.
- • Work directly with leadership to translate high-level business needs into functional technical systems with speed and precision.
- • Identify operational inefficiencies across departments and implement scalable, AI-driven improvements that reduce friction and increase throughput.
- • Operate with strong ownership in a fast-paced startup environment, moving projects forward with minimal oversight and high attention to detail.
- • Support the organization’s AI-first operational infrastructure by continuously refining workflows, integrating new tools, and ensuring system reliability.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand pain points in sales, logistics, customer support, and marketing, then build targeted automation solutions.
- • Ensure all automations and integrations are documented, maintainable, and aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- • Rapidly iterate on solutions based on feedback from leadership and end-users, prioritizing impact over perfection.
- • Maintain awareness of emerging AI tools and automation platforms to continuously enhance the operational tech stack.
- • Deliver high-impact internal tooling that directly contributes to business scalability, reduced operational costs, and improved team productivity.
- • Work during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST) to align with client and leadership time zones.
- • Record a video showcasing technical skill sets and past automation projects as part of the application process.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience building automations, integrations, or operational systems in ecommerce, DTC, or operationally complex businesses
- • Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar platforms
- • Familiarity with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, APIs, and webhooks for system integration
- • Basic to intermediate coding experience in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
- • Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset
- • Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced startup environment
