📋 Description
- • AI Automations Consultant Engineer role focused on helping US-based SMB clients implement AI and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
- • Work directly with clients to identify inefficiencies, design and implement automation systems using AI tools, APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms, then transition ownership back to the client
- • Join Agent Inc., a company delivering short-term, implementation-focused consulting engagements for SMBs across operations, sales, recruiting, customer support, marketing, finance, and administrative workflows
- • Develop expertise in client-facing consulting, end-to-end automation implementation, and translating business problems into scalable technical solutions while managing multiple concurrent projects
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, AI implementation, solutions consulting, or related technical consulting work
- • Experience working directly with US-based SMB clients
- • Strong client-facing communication and project management skills
- • Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms such as OpenAI/ChatGPT APIs, Claude APIs, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Airtable, HubSpot automations, and CRM/workflow integrations
- • Ability to independently scope, implement, and document solutions that clients can maintain after handoff
- • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
