  • • This pivotal role involves designing, building, and deploying sophisticated agentic AI systems that will revolutionize how we monitor markets, understand our competitive landscape, and engage with our audience.
  • • You will be instrumental in creating always-on AI workflows to meticulously monitor global markets and specific brands, providing real-time insights into their dynamics.
  • • A key responsibility will be to track Plaud's pricing across all our channels, including owned platforms, various marketplaces, and third-party sites, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability.
  • • You will develop robust dashboards and sophisticated alerting systems tailored to specific markets, enabling proactive responses to market shifts and opportunities.
  • • In the realm of Product Marketing Intelligence, you will oversee the monitoring of our messaging across a diverse range of platforms, including landing pages, marketplaces, and partner/distributor websites.
  • • Your work will ensure the accuracy, freshness, compliance, and consistent positioning of our brand messaging, a critical component of our market presence.
  • • You will proactively track competitor feature launches and shifts in their messaging strategies, providing valuable intelligence for our product development and marketing teams.
  • • Furthermore, you will leverage AI to build tools that assist in the generation of compelling messaging, marketing assets, and optimized landing pages, accelerating our content creation processes.
  • • For Influencer & Creator Intelligence, you will map out influencer ecosystems in key markets, identifying platforms, prominent creators, effective content formats, posting cadences, and their associated impressions and engagement metrics.
  • • You will design and implement automated outreach workflows for creators, incorporating AI-assisted personalization to streamline sourcing, engagement, and tracking of collaborations.
  • • In the critical area of PR, Sentiment & Brand Risk Monitoring, you will continuously monitor brand sentiment trends, identify emerging PR and regulatory risks, and stay abreast of competitor and category-level news.
  • • You will be responsible for tracking and consolidating community feedback from various sources, providing a holistic view of public perception.
  • • Building early-warning dashboards and escalation signals will be crucial for preempting potential crises and capitalizing on positive sentiment.
  • • For Ads & Competitive Media Intelligence, you will meticulously track competitor ad creatives across major platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, podcasts, and other relevant channels.
  • • Your analysis will delve into creative angles, channel mix strategies, and the patterns of scaling versus testing employed by competitors.
  • • You will maintain a comprehensive and searchable competitive ads intelligence library, serving as a vital resource for our marketing teams.
  • • In Creative Operations & Asset Intelligence, you will lead the development of an internal creative asset intelligence platform.
  • • This platform will track the performance of creative assets across different markets and channels, measuring key metrics like expense, revenue, CTR, engagement, and ROI.
  • • The goal is to empower creatives and marketers with clear, data-driven insights into what content truly performs, optimizing future creative investments.
  • • For Integrated Marketing & Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), you will build AI-assisted attribution and MMM frameworks to provide a deeper understanding of our marketing effectiveness.
  • • You will support strategic budget allocation, refine channel strategies, and optimize overall ROI based on these insights.
  • • Delivering decision-ready dashboards for leadership will be a key output, enabling informed strategic planning.
  • • Finally, in B2B Growth Automation, you will design and implement agentic workflows to enhance our B2B sales processes, including lead sourcing, account research, personalized outbound campaigns, and efficient follow-ups to drive deal progression.
  • • Seamless integration with our CRM, email, calendar, and other internal tools will be a priority to ensure a unified and efficient operational flow.
  • • This role demands a proactive, analytical, and technically adept individual who can translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes, driving Plaud's rapid global expansion and solidifying its position as a leader in human-AI intelligence.
