📋 Description

• Produce a high volume of AI-generated short-form video, image, and audio content for distribution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X.
• Build and maintain consistent visual identities across content series, ensuring characters, settings, and aesthetics remain on-model across hundreds of AI-generated outputs.
• Own end-to-end content production including ideation, prompt engineering, generation, light editing, captioning, and publishing.
• Manage and grow social media accounts through consistent posting cadence, comment and DM engagement, and basic community management.
• Iterate rapidly based on performance data, doubling down on high-performing content formats and discontinuing underperforming ones.
• Track emerging trends in AI-generated content across platforms and propose new formats, styles, or ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with the internal growth team on content briefs, narrative angles, and distribution strategies.
• Operate with a self-directed work style, taking loose briefs and delivering daily output without heavy oversight.
• Maintain a consistent daily production cadence to meet content volume demands.
• Use AI tools such as Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, Kling, Seedance, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, CapCut, or comparable platforms to generate content.
• Apply iterative prompt engineering skills to optimize outputs, knowing when to adjust prompts, switch models, or restart generation.
• Demonstrate strong instincts for internet-native storytelling, pacing, hooks, and platform-specific content formats.
• Leverage performance metrics—views, watch time, shares, follower growth, and click-throughs—to guide content decisions.
• Work in an async-first environment with weekly creative syncs and direct access to a small, fast-moving in-house team.
• Utilize provided generation tool budgets and platform access to execute content production.
• Contribute to scalable, repeatable content formats that drive measurable audience growth and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio of content personally created using AI tools
• Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 of: Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, Kling, Seedance, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, CapCut, or comparable tools
• Demonstrated ability to maintain visual/character consistency across multi-shot AI-generated content
• Strong instincts for pacing, hooks, storytelling, and internet-native content formats
• Comfort with iterative prompt engineering—knowing when to tweak the prompt vs. swap the model vs. start over
• Experience running social accounts (personal or brand) with clear understanding of what drives reach, engagement, and follower growth on at least one major platform
• Self-directed work style—able to take loose briefs and ship without heavy oversight
• Ability to produce daily, on a consistent cadence
