📋 Description

• As an AI Delivery Lead at Tribe Artificial Intelligence, you will serve as the operational backbone of enterprise AI engagements, owning end-to-end delivery execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with client readiness for adoption.
• Day to day, you will develop and manage high-level project plans, timelines, and budgets; track milestone health using R/Y/G status reporting; participate in governance ceremonies; serve as the primary client contact for delivery-related matters; manage scope changes and risk escalation; and coordinate cross-functional alignment between sales, product, engineering, and client teams.
• Tribe AI is an AI-native services company partnering with OpenAI and Anthropic to help Fortune 500 enterprises build and deploy impactful AI products. The delivery function is evolving, and you will have direct influence in shaping Tribe’s delivery model at scale while working on strategic, large-scale AI transformations.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in program governance, cross-workstream coordination, change management, and executive-level communication. You will grow from managing single workstreams to orchestrating multiple concurrent projects, gaining experience in strategic alignment, capacity planning, and infosec compliance coordination — all while ensuring AI initiatives deliver real business value beyond mere outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of delivery, program management, or consulting experience with progression into ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
• Proven track record managing large-scale technical programs with personal accountability for milestones, budget, and client relationships
• Strong consulting or enterprise delivery background, comfortable in client-facing environments with high expectations and ambiguity
• Product sensibility — ability to engage with deliverable decisions and raise concerns when delivery drifts from business value
• Disciplined on governance without creating bureaucratic overhead
• Clear, honest communication at the executive level, including ability to have difficult conversations when delivery is at risk
• Comfort with the fast-moving AI landscape — able to ask smart questions and recognize when technical ground has shifted
• Experience managing distributed or contractor-based delivery teams across multiple workstreams
