📋 Description

• As an AI Deployment Engineer at Writer Inc., you will serve as a critical bridge between cutting-edge generative AI technology and the strategic business needs of Fortune 500 enterprises, directly enabling organizations like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard to deploy AI agents grounded in their proprietary data and powered by Writer’s enterprise-grade LLMs. This role is pivotal in transforming abstract AI potential into measurable business outcomes, ensuring that complex technical capabilities are translated into real-world applications that drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage for global enterprises.
• You will partner deeply with enterprise customers to uncover high-value AI use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own the end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions using Writer’s platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph. Your day-to-day responsibilities include architecting and delivering custom applications, templates, and integrations; translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and executive stakeholders; collaborating with internal Product and Engineering teams to feed customer insights into the product roadmap; developing scalable processes and documentation to reduce customer time-to-value; and championing the adoption and expansion of Writer’s AI solutions within customer accounts to maximize ROI and long-term success.

• In this role, you will develop rare expertise in enterprise AI deployment, gaining hands-on experience with large language model integration, prompt engineering, API-driven solution architecture, and change management in complex organizational settings. You’ll sharpen your ability to communicate sophisticated AI concepts to non-technical leaders, influence product direction through real-world customer feedback, and build a portfolio of impactful implementations that demonstrate your capacity to drive innovation at scale—positioning you as a leader in the emerging field of enterprise generative AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, with at least 3 years specifically in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management
• Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience leveraging APIs, especially in designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, capable of simplifying complex AI concepts for diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite leadership
• A true builder's mindset with a passion for emerging technologies, always eager to experiment, learn, and iterate in the rapidly evolving world of generative AI
