• • The AI Deployment Manager role is a specialist post-sales enablement position focused on delivering high-impact technical training and adoption services for OpenAI’s product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and API, to drive sustained customer activation and measurable business value.
• • The role involves owning technical enablement across the customer lifecycle—designing and delivering live trainings, workshops, executive briefings, and hands-on sessions for audiences ranging from technical builders to C-level leaders, while partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless adoption.
• • The AI Deployment Management (ADM) team at OpenAI enables organizations to operationalize AI through structured training and scalable deployment programs, helping customers move from experimentation to production and making OpenAI indispensable to their workflows.
• • In this role, you will develop reusable training assets, gather and synthesize customer feedback, refine enablement playbooks, and translate technical capabilities into tangible outcomes such as productivity gains, cost reduction, and risk mitigation—accelerating your impact in enterprise AI adoption and instructional design at a global AI leader.
