📋 Description

• AI Developer Relations Engineer at Mistral AI, a mission-driven company dedicated to making cutting-edge AI technology ubiquitous and open through a tight-knit, global team passionate about innovation and collaboration.
• Develop high-quality documentation, tutorials, and sample code to enable developers to effectively use Mistral AI’s products; resolve community issues, provide technical guidance, and foster a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Lead developer relations initiatives by designing and executing community engagement programs, organizing and participating in events, and maintaining integrations with open-source AI ecosystem projects for optimal performance.
• Stay current with AI industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies—particularly in PyTorch, Transformers, vector databases, and agent frameworks—to continuously enhance technical expertise and contribute to ecosystem growth.
• Work closely with the global AI community and internal teams to ensure seamless adoption of Mistral AI’s tools, combining technical depth with strong interpersonal skills to bridge developers and technology.
• Opportunity to shape the developer experience for a rapidly growing AI startup, gain visibility in the global AI community, and contribute to open-source innovation from a strategic hub in Singapore (with flexibility for remote discussion in the US).

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers architectures.
• Proven experience working on AI or machine learning projects with a demonstrated understanding of the AI landscape, including familiarity with AI orchestration tools, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead technical projects from concept to successful completion.
• Proven collaboration skills in team-oriented, fast-paced, and innovative environments.
