• • MagicSchool Inc. is seeking a highly impactful AI Enablement & Strategy Consultant to architect and implement a scalable, measurable AI transformation program for internal teams. This role is crucial for consolidating fragmented AI adoption efforts into a cohesive and effective enablement strategy, ultimately empowering all departments to achieve long-term AI self-sufficiency. You will report directly to Sarah McDaniel, Senior Director of Business Operations, and will be instrumental in building the foundational playbooks and infrastructure that drive this critical organizational change.
• • In this dynamic, fixed-term contract role, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and strategic. You will begin by conducting detailed workflow audits across various teams to pinpoint high Return on Investment (ROI) automation opportunities. Based on these audits, you will develop localized AI playbooks and create reusable templates tailored for 100% of Go-To-Market (GTM) and Operations functions, ensuring practical and widespread AI adoption. A significant part of your role will involve defining clear AI competency expectations for both technical and non-technical positions. This will include creating a structured rubric that leadership can seamlessly integrate into existing performance management and employee leveling frameworks, establishing a clear path for skill development and recognition. You will also be tasked with establishing a centralized dashboard and a robust methodology for tracking AI adoption rates and workflow efficiency gains. This data-informed approach will provide critical insights into the ROI of AI initiatives across the organization, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will conduct a thorough review of the current tool stack and governance framework, culminating in a prioritized 6 to 12-month strategic roadmap. This roadmap will include a formal recommendation regarding future internal staffing needs specifically for AI enablement, ensuring the organization is prepared for sustained AI integration. Finally, you will play a key role in knowledge transfer and culture building by hosting regular office hours and functional deep dives. These sessions will aim to demystify complex AI concepts for non-technical staff, fostering a more AI-literate workforce. All engagement artifacts will be meticulously documented to ensure a seamless handoff upon completion of the contract, leaving a lasting legacy of AI enablement.

• • The estimated commitment for this role is 15 to 20 hours per week, with a fixed-term contract duration of 4 months. While the role is remote-flexible, some travel to Denver will be expected to facilitate in-person collaboration with the team.
