- • As a Managing Director – Private Equity Sales & Transformation (Europe) at TechTorch Solutions Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving significant growth and transformation within the European private equity landscape. This pivotal role demands a dynamic blend of commercial acumen, deep industry network, and strategic leadership to identify, pursue, and deliver high-impact AI-powered transformation programs for our private equity-backed clients.
- • You will be instrumental in expanding TechTorch's footprint by cultivating and leveraging your extensive network of Operating Partners, Private Equity investors, and C-level executives within portfolio companies. Your primary objective will be to originate new business opportunities, shaping compelling proposals and commercial models that align with client outcomes and demonstrate measurable value.
- • This role is designed for a builder and a rainmaker, someone who thrives on originating opportunities, expertly converting them into successful engagements, and nurturing trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from initial client engagement and needs assessment through to proposal development, commercial structuring, and deal closure.
- • Beyond commercial leadership, you will also play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of multiple enterprise transformation initiatives. This includes guiding and mentoring Delivery Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality execution and the achievement of critical business outcomes. Your leadership will be key in ensuring that TechTorch's AI-powered solutions in areas like AI agents, Generative AI, enterprise data platforms, and modern CRM ecosystems are implemented effectively and deliver substantial value.
- • Key responsibilities include proactively identifying portfolio companies undergoing transformation, particularly those seeking advancements in AI, data, CRM, and enterprise systems. You will build and maintain robust relationships with Operating Partners and C-level leaders, driving lead generation and commercial expansion across both new and existing accounts.
- • You will lead the development of persuasive proposals and RFP responses, crafting Statements of Work and commercial models that are meticulously aligned with client objectives and expected results. Collaborating closely with TechTorch leadership, you will contribute to defining account strategies and pinpointing transformation opportunities across diverse PE portfolios.
- • Your oversight of delivery across multiple transformation engagements will ensure that all outcomes, timelines, and quality standards are rigorously met. You will act as an executive advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on operational improvements, technology modernization, and AI-driven efficiencies, thereby solidifying TechTorch's position as a trusted partner.
- • Furthermore, you will represent TechTorch in the market, enhancing our brand through active industry participation, thought leadership, and continuous relationship building within the European Private Equity ecosystem.
