đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Construction Acumatica Consultant at Pine Services Group, you will be at the forefront of transforming how construction and project-based businesses operate by leveraging the power of Acumatica ERP. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic consulting environment, taking full ownership of critical functional workstreams within client ERP implementation projects. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of their Acumatica journey, from initial discovery to post-go-live optimization, ensuring their business objectives are met and exceeded.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute the functional aspects of Acumatica ERP implementations for our diverse client base within the construction industry. This involves a deep dive into understanding their unique business processes, challenges, and strategic goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business needs into effective and efficient Acumatica solutions.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve meticulous requirements gathering. You will conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with key stakeholders across various departments – from project management and accounting to operations and field staff – to meticulously document current processes, identify pain points, and define future state requirements that align with Acumatica's capabilities.
  • • Following requirements gathering, you will be responsible for designing robust and scalable Acumatica solutions. This includes mapping business processes to Acumatica modules, defining system configurations, and recommending best practices to optimize workflows and data management within the ERP system. Your design will form the blueprint for the implementation.
  • • You will then translate these designs into tangible configurations within the Acumatica platform. This hands-on configuration work will involve setting up modules, defining user roles and permissions, customizing workflows, and ensuring data integrity across the system. Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of Acumatica's technical architecture are paramount.
  • • Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for end-users will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will create training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure users are proficient and comfortable with the new Acumatica system, fostering user adoption and maximizing the return on their ERP investment.
  • • You will lead and execute rigorous testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate that the configured system meets all documented requirements and functions as expected. Identifying and resolving any issues or bugs promptly will be essential to a smooth implementation.
  • • Your expertise will be vital during the critical go-live phase, where you will provide on-site or remote support to ensure a seamless transition to the new Acumatica system. This includes managing cutover activities, addressing immediate user queries, and ensuring business continuity.
  • • Post-implementation, you will continue to support clients, offering ongoing assistance, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for further system enhancements and optimizations. Building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction with Acumatica will be a key measure of success.
  • • You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and senior team members, acting as a key functional lead. This partnership ensures that all implementations are delivered within the defined scope, adhere to documented business requirements, and are executed according to Pine Services Group's established implementation methodology, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
  • • This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth. You will have the chance to expand your Acumatica certifications, deepen your expertise in the construction industry's specific ERP needs, and develop valuable leadership skills as you take on more responsibility and mentor junior team members.
  • • By joining Pine Services Group, you become part of a collaborative and supportive consulting environment where your contributions are valued, and your professional development is actively encouraged. You will play a pivotal role in delivering successful client implementations, driving tangible business value, and contributing to the overall success and reputation of the company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience implementing Acumatica ERP, with a strong understanding of its core modules and functionalities, particularly as they relate to the construction and project-based industries.
  • • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions.
  • • Experience in configuring, testing, and deploying ERP systems, with a focus on user training and post-implementation support.
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • • Generous paid time off (PTO) and company holidays.
  • • Opportunities for professional development, including Acumatica certifications and advanced training.
  • • Remote work flexibility, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
  • • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
