  • • Join GLG Research as a Project Specialist, a pivotal role focused on delivering data-driven insights to clients across diverse industries, including Technology, Payments, Industrials, Life-Sciences, and Medical Devices. You will be instrumental in the creation and execution of qualitative and quantitative research projects, empowering leading companies to understand market trends, gather end-user feedback, and test new concepts, thereby shaping critical business decisions.
  • • In this dynamic role, you will actively participate in the design and facilitation of customized qualitative and quantitative research projects. This involves understanding complex client requests and translating them into actionable research plans. You will be responsible for compiling and meticulously reviewing research data reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity, though direct data analysis is not a primary requirement. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve learning to manage multiple project timelines effectively, prioritizing tasks, and multi-tasking to ensure all deadlines are met with precision. You will also navigate research requests that often come with intricate requirements and specific client preferences, demanding a high degree of attention to detail and adaptability. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues across various teams, external partners, and clients will be crucial for success. As you grow in the role, you will have opportunities to interact directly with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their learning needs and to ensure their objectives are met. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding research content, the expert network, and sensitive client information is paramount. You will collaborate effectively across different teams on multiple projects, contributing to a large portfolio of engagements and ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish.
  • • You will be joining a growing Global Research Team at GLG, a collaborative environment that works closely with GLG’s sophisticated client base, including top-tier technology and payments companies, as well as colleagues throughout the organization. GLG’s Corporate Research business is dedicated to providing companies with the critical insights needed to navigate complex strategic decisions. The team leverages its robust survey and qualitative capabilities, combined with access to the world’s largest and most varied source of first-hand expertise, to deliver bespoke quantitative and qualitative insights that inform client decision-making in a highly customized setting.
  • • This role offers a significant opportunity for professional growth and development within the market research and insights industry. You will gain hands-on experience in managing the full lifecycle of research projects, from design to delivery. You will develop a strong understanding of various research methodologies and client needs across multiple sectors. The position provides a platform to hone your project management, client service, and communication skills in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment. You will learn to navigate complex business challenges and contribute to impactful client strategies, fostering a career path in market research, consulting, or related fields. The experience gained will equip you with valuable skills in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management, preparing you for future leadership opportunities within GLG or the broader industry.
  • • The role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, ensuring that research initiatives are aligned with client objectives and deliver tangible value. You will be expected to develop a keen understanding of industry dynamics and client challenges, enabling you to provide insightful recommendations and support. The ability to synthesize information from diverse sources and present it in a clear, concise manner will be a key aspect of your contribution. Furthermore, you will play a role in refining research processes and methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of GLG's service offerings. This position is ideal for an individual who is eager to learn, adaptable to new challenges, and committed to delivering high-quality research outcomes that drive client success and innovation. The emphasis on collaboration and relationship-building will also foster your ability to work effectively within a team and build a strong professional network. The role is based in London and requires an in-office presence, ensuring close collaboration and team integration.
