  • • The role ensures that technology investments align with strategic business objectives, translating complex operational challenges into actionable requirements that improve productivity, customer engagement, and market responsiveness across PDI’s suite of digital solutions.
  • • Day to day, the Business Analyst II will gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across product, marketing, operations, and executive teams to support the development and enhancement of PDI’s technology platforms.
  • • They will facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit needs, prioritize features based on business value and feasibility, and create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • • The analyst will conduct gap analyses between current processes and desired future states, recommending process improvements and system enhancements that increase efficiency and scalability.
  • • They will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC to ensure solutions meet business needs, are user-friendly, and adhere to technical standards.
