� Description

• • Shape the future of web hosting for 3 million global clients by embedding cutting-edge AI into Hostinger’s core products. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and data science, turning raw ideas into production-grade features that delight users and accelerate company growth.
• • Own the full AI feature lifecycle—from early-stage research and rapid prototyping to performance tuning, deployment, and post-launch optimization. Your prototypes will start as quick proofs-of-concept using commercial LLM APIs (OpenAI, Google, Azure) and evolve into robust, scalable services running on open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral) inside Dockerized micro-services.
• • Partner daily with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate business goals into AI-driven user experiences. You will run discovery workshops, gather requirements, and iterate on MVPs that solve real customer pain points such as automated website builders, intelligent support chatbots, or predictive performance analytics.
• • Pioneer prompt-engineering best practices across the organization. You will craft, test, and version prompts that deliver consistent, high-quality outputs; establish evaluation pipelines; and build internal tooling so non-AI teams can safely experiment with generative features.
• • Fine-tune and optimize open-source models for cost, latency, and accuracy. This includes dataset curation, parameter-efficient fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), quantization, and benchmarking against proprietary baselines to ensure we ship the leanest possible solution.
• • Build and maintain RESTful APIs that expose AI capabilities to web and mobile clients. You will write clean, well-documented Python code, enforce CI/CD standards, and monitor services in production using Prometheus, Grafana, and Sentry.
• • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously scanning arXiv, Hugging Face, and industry conferences. You will present monthly tech talks to share breakthroughs, run internal hack-days, and champion an experimentation culture where bold ideas are welcomed and rapidly validated.
• • Contribute to Hostinger’s strategic goal of becoming the most AI-forward hosting company on the planet. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, giving you a visible seat at the decision-making table.
• • Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. You will review code, pair-program on complex problems, and create reusable libraries that accelerate future AI initiatives across the company.
