Your primary mission will be to transform our vast restaurant data and advanced AI capabilities into meaningful, differentiating features that enhance the user experience for our global clientele.
• • This role is a unique blend of hands-on engineering, strategic product influence, and architectural design. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and building sophisticated, multi-step AI pipelines. These pipelines will leverage LLMs, external tools, and internal data to tackle complex user and product challenges, driving innovation and delivering tangible value.
• • You will be responsible for designing and developing user-facing AI capabilities that are engineered to simplify complex decision-making processes, surface critical insights, and empower operational teams to take faster, more informed actions. These features are not just theoretical; they will be actively used by our customers, directly contributing to increased product adoption and enhanced customer retention.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve creating and meticulously maintaining multi-step LLM workflows, often referred to as AI 'chains.' • • As an internal driver of AI strategy and implementation, you will be responsible for setting high standards and best practices for developing trustworthy, scalable, and ethical AI solutions. This includes ensuring our AI systems are robust, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
