- • Design, implement, and optimize Agentic AI solutions and generative AI workflows using tools including Claude, Cowork, and ChatGPT to support scalable business operations for U.S.-based clients.
- • Build and maintain AI-powered automations and integrations involving MCPs and LLM-based systems across marketing, cybersecurity, professional services, and technical consulting functions.
- • Train and deploy generative AI models for content generation, analytics, and operational automation while ensuring efficient use of token limits and API resources.
- • Support the development and scaling of Agentic AI systems that autonomously perform tasks across multiple business workflows.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms such as FuseBase and other operational tools.
- • Evaluate AI system performance, troubleshoot workflow failures or integration issues, and refine systems for reliability, scalability, and performance.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all AI workflows, integrations, and deployment protocols.
- • Optimize AI workflows for efficiency by reducing latency, minimizing resource consumption, and improving output accuracy across diverse business use cases.
- • Work during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) to align with client time zones and support real-time operational needs.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and business performance through the application of AI-driven automation.
- • Ensure all AI implementations are scalable, secure, and aligned with client-specific requirements in marketing, MSSP, cybersecurity, and professional services domains.
- • Communicate technical AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate adoption and collaboration.
- • Apply strong attention to detail in designing AI systems that handle complex inputs, maintain consistency, and deliver reliable outputs under varying conditions.
- • Participate in continuous improvement cycles by analyzing AI system metrics, gathering feedback, and iterating on workflows to maximize impact.
- • Contribute to innovation by exploring new AI tools, frameworks, and techniques to expand the capabilities of existing automation ecosystems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or LLM integrations
- • Experience building or supporting AI-powered workflows and automations
- • Strong proficiency in Agentic AI, generative AI, and automation frameworks including Claude, Cowork, and ChatGPT
- • Understanding of MCPs, LLM workflows, and AI integrations
- • Ability to work during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
- • Experience with AI applications in marketing, cybersecurity, or professional services preferred
