We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to design, develop, and operate production-grade Generative AI systems. You will be instrumental in architecting and delivering cutting-edge LLM-powered applications, including sophisticated Copilot-style experiences, intelligent AI agents, and enterprise-scale automation solutions.
• • You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of complex technical initiatives from conception to deployment. Your role will involve influencing GenAI architecture and establishing technical standards across multiple teams, contributing significantly to our AI strategy and execution.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of AI model development and deployment. This includes assisting in the development and training of Machine Learning (ML), deep learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models. You will support senior engineers in building and maintaining robust data pipelines, implementing essential preprocessing steps, feature engineering, and data validation tasks to ensure data quality and model efficacy.
• • A key part of your role will be to contribute to the rigorous testing, evaluation, and optimization of model performance, ensuring our AI solutions meet high standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will also gain hands-on experience deploying models into staging or production environments under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• • You will be writing clean, well-documented Python code for AI experiments and prototypes, fostering a culture of clear and maintainable code. Your work will involve interacting with APIs, developing model inference scripts, and undertaking small-scale automation tasks to streamline processes and enhance system capabilities.
