📋 Description

• AI Engineer at Viktor, building the AI coworker that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams and connects to thousands of tools to perform real work for companies in finance, marketing, ops, and engineering.
• Day to day: Build the agent runtime (sandboxed execution, tool orchestration, memory), ship integrations with tools like Salesforce, Notion, Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Shopify, run infrastructure handling 600K tool calls a day via container orchestration and autoscaling, and ship product features directly to users through Slack and Teams.
• About the team or company: Small team with high trust and low process; work directly with founders, own real product surfaces, see code in production the same day it’s written, default to async communication, document decisions in writing, and fly together a few times a year.
• What the person can learn or achieve: Ship to production daily with changelog ownership, fix 3am system breaks end-to-end, take over surfaces previously owned by founders, gain deep experience in AI-assisted development, systems thinking at scale, and full-stack range from agent runtime to React components to deployment scripts.

• Agentic coding: fully bought into AI-assisted development with agents and parallelized workflows
• Systems thinking: make hard technical trade-offs, understand failure at scale, and design for reliability
• Speed with high bar: ship today, not Thursday; no enterprise engineering or three-week review cycles
• Range: ability to move from agent runtime to React component to deployment script in an afternoon
• Genuine interest in how AI actually works: read papers, studied prompts, have opinions on evals
• Remote work capability: able to work from location of choice
