• • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer Tech Lead to spearhead the technical development of an innovative AI-powered relationship intelligence and fundraising platform. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of how funds, investors, and networks connect through a sophisticated private relationship graph. You will be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge graph architecture, robust data pipelines, and advanced AI-driven recommendations to revolutionize professional networks, transforming them into intelligent pathways for warm introductions. By integrating relationship intelligence with scalable AI and infrastructure, this platform aims to dramatically enhance the speed, efficiency, and predictability of the fundraising process.
• • As a deeply technical builder, your day-to-day responsibilities will be hands-on and impactful. You will take ownership of the end-to-end architecture and technical development of the Graph AI platform, ensuring its robustness and scalability. A significant part of your role will involve enhancing and scaling the private relationship graph itself, focusing on critical aspects like matching algorithms, pathfinding capabilities, overall performance, and stringent privacy measures. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated AI-powered systems for relationship scoring and generating personalized recommendations, ensuring users receive the most relevant insights. Furthermore, you will develop advanced features such as Graph RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and intelligent introduction recommendations, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in relationship intelligence. Your contributions will extend to building and shipping core backend and infrastructure features that form the backbone of the platform. Maintaining and improving the complex data pipelines, which ingest data from sources like email, LinkedIn, and CRMs, and ensuring accurate identity resolution, will be a key focus. You will also play a crucial role in optimizing the user onboarding experience to ensure a rapid and impactful "aha moment" for new users, driving adoption and engagement. Leading the cloud infrastructure and DevOps efforts, including managing AWS services, Docker containerization, deployment strategies, scaling operations, and ensuring system reliability, will be essential. You will be tasked with ensuring the overall performance, scalability, and security of the entire system, making critical decisions on system design, architecture, and the implementation of AI solutions. Your collaborative efforts with the founders will be vital in shaping the product roadmap and overarching technical strategy, contributing directly to building a strong, defensible platform driven by network effects.
