- • Lead the evolution of LLM and agent-based architectures to scale AI systems already in production at Kiwi.com, transforming experimental AI into robust, high-volume, real-time systems.
- • Design and improve systems for high concurrency across voice, chat, and event-driven interactions, focusing on latency, stability, cost, observability, and control layers.
- • Drive an AI-native engineering culture by leading hands-on technical work and mentoring teams to solve production challenges in live AI-powered products.
- • Collaborate across the stack in cloud environments (AWS or similar) to evolve AI architectures that interact with users in real time, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- • Contribute to company-wide AI strategy by impacting architecture and product decisions based on real-world systems already serving users.
🎯 Requirements
- • 9+ years in software development and 4+ years in technical leadership
- • Hands-on experience applying AI in live product environments with LLMs, agents, or automation in real-world, continuously evolving systems
- • Strong background in scalable distributed systems and cloud environments (AWS or similar)
- • Comfortable working across the stack with solid understanding of modern web architectures
- • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- • Fluent English communication
