📋 Description

• • The AI Factory Customer Engineer serves as the primary technical interface between customers and Armada’s Product and Engineering teams, translating complex AI infrastructure and data center architectures into clear, practical solutions for enterprise, industrial, and infrastructure-heavy verticals.
• • Day to day, the role involves providing hands-on technical guidance on AI Factory solutions, advising on workload suitability and rack-level design, leading technical demos and proofs-of-concept, building trusted-advisor relationships with engineering and infrastructure stakeholders, and enabling sales teams by distilling complex infrastructure topics into outcome-driven narratives.
