- • The AI / GenAI Solutions Engineer will design and ship production-grade AI systems that power Soum’s AI-native layer across its C2C marketplace, impacting millions of users in customer conversations, order handling, discovery, recommendations, fraud detection, and seller tooling.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting LLM-powered services on the Python backend, integrating them into React frontend product surfaces, and collaborating cross-functionally to identify high-impact AI use cases across the business.
- • Soum is building an AI-native infrastructure for its marketplace, operating with a remote-first culture and a Sunday–Thursday workweek aligned to Saudi Arabia Standard Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

- • Senior-level experience in designing and deploying production-grade AI systems, particularly LLM-powered services.
