  • • As an AI/HPC Hardware Sales Representative at Luxor Technology Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s hardware desk by driving sales of high-performance computing infrastructure to enterprise, cloud, hyperscaler, and research clients. This role is critical to Luxor’s mission of becoming a leader in the emerging compute economy, where compute power is treated as a tradable commodity, and your success directly contributes to the company’s ability to monetize and optimize global compute infrastructure.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for AI/HPC data center hardware solutions, including servers, storage systems, networking infrastructure, and full rack-scale solutions. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging your established network with OEMs, ODMs, and VARs to source and move hardware at volume, advising customers on complex configurations—particularly storage architectures like NVMe SSDs, all-flash arrays, and parallel file systems—and collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market demands.
  • • Luxor is a fast-growing, remote-first company at the forefront of the Bitcoin mining and broader compute industry, providing a full-stack platform that supports gigawatts of compute infrastructure. The company is scaling rapidly across software, hardware, financial, energy, and cloud infrastructure products, offering a dynamic environment where individuals can shape mission-critical systems and influence company-wide strategy. You will report directly to the Head of Hardware and operate as a key contributor to one of the highest-volume hardware desks globally.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI/HPC infrastructure, particularly in storage technologies and GPU cluster architectures, while building and maintaining relationships with C-suite decision-makers, infrastructure architects, and engineering leads. You will have the opportunity to represent Luxor at industry events, refine your technical and consultative selling skills, and achieve significant impact by closing high-value deals that advance the company’s position in the global compute economy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • • 3-5 years of experience in hardware sales, with a strong preference for candidates focused on AI/HPC infrastructure, data center solutions, or enterprise storage.
  • • Established relationships and existing network with OEMs (e.g., Supermicro, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Gigabyte), ODMs, VARs, and channel partners — with a demonstrated ability to source and move hardware at volume.
  • • Deep expertise in AI/HPC data center hardware configurations, with particular strength in storage technologies including NVMe SSDs, all-flash arrays, JBOD/JBOF enclosures, parallel file systems (e.g., WEKA, Lustre, GPFS), and high-throughput storage networking (InfiniBand, NVMe-oF, RoCE).
  • • Understanding of GPU cluster architectures, AI/ML training and inference workloads, and their associated infrastructure requirements (compute, storage bandwidth, networking fabric).
  • • Proven track record of closing high-value hardware deals with enterprise or hyperscaler customers.
