- • Salonkee S.A. is a fast-growing European beauty-tech company seeking its first sales representatives in France to drive expansion and establish the brand as a major success in the French market. As a Commercial Representative based in Lyon, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Salonkee’s presence by bringing its all-in-one salon management software to beauty professionals across the Rhône region and beyond.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, conducting on-site product demonstrations, advising clients on digital transformation strategies, and ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of the Salonkee platform. Your mission is to become a trusted advisor to salon owners and managers, helping them streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and unlock growth through technology.
- • Joining a dynamic, mission-driven team at a fast-scaling scale-up, you’ll collaborate with passionate experts across Europe and contribute directly to shaping Salonkee’s commercial strategy in France. - • In this role, you will develop advanced B2B sales expertise, master consultative selling in the SaaS space, and gain hands-on experience in market expansion—building skills that are transferable across tech and sales leadership paths. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence product feedback loops and early-stage go-to-market strategies, positioning yourself for rapid growth within the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or telephone/field prospecting, with a demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and convert new clients
- • Hunter mindset with resilience, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges in a competitive market
- • Valid driver’s license (Permis B) and willingness to travel autonomously across the Lyon and Rhône-Alpes region for client visits
- • Native-level French proficiency; professional English is a plus for collaboration with international teams
- • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with independent business owners and deliver consultative, value-based conversations
- • Comfort with SaaS tools and CRM systems; prior experience with sales technology is advantageous

- • Competitive fixed salary between €28,000 and €34,000 gross per year, plus uncapped variable compensation (target OTE: €38,000–€48,000)
