  • • As a Key Account Manager at Alan, you will play a pivotal role in driving client retention and growth by managing strategic accounts across Spain, directly contributing to Alan’s mission of transforming health benefits into a valuable investment for employers and enabling people to live in good health to 100.
  • • You will own the end-to-end relationship with flagship clients, ensuring their success with Alan’s integrated health platform while acting as the voice of the customer to influence product and service evolution.
  • • Day to day, you will: manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagship companies; build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders through a customer-centric approach; conduct successful onboarding of new accounts and users; analyze and present consumption reports during business reviews; promote Alan’s health positioning to drive employee and admin adoption; identify dissatisfaction signals and implement timely solutions; negotiate contract renewals to balance customer value and sustainable profitability; identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client needs; act as the voice of the customer to Product and Operations teams to drive meaningful change; and support acquisition efforts by promoting the Key Account Management program to prospects and collaborating with Sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Account Management, Key Account Management, or Pre-Sales) with frequent interaction with C-level executives
  • • Proven track record of over-performance in previous roles
  • • Experience working with companies of more than 300 employees
  • • Fluency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to create data-driven reports and extract actionable insights
  • • Passion for healthcare and eagerness to understand health insurance market dynamics, trends, and Alan’s products
