📋 Description

• The AI Implementation Engineer owns the technical delivery and stabilization of Ema's agentic AI solutions in customer environments — from commitment through production rollout and steady state. This is a hands-on, post-sales, customer-facing engineering role where you build, deliver, and serve as the technical anchor for customers.
• Day to day, you will configure, extend, and integrate Ema's agentic AI platform to meet customer requirements; write clean, efficient code in Python and Go; build and maintain APIs (REST, gRPC); work with databases like PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, Elastic, and Redis; contribute to front-end interfaces using React/Angular; translate business workflows into feasible agentic AI workflows; and serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT and business stakeholders during implementation, go-lives, and incidents.

• In this role, you will develop deep technical judgment, gain end-to-end ownership of customer-facing delivery in production SaaS environments, strengthen your ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete agentic workflows, and contribute to shared standards and reusable patterns across Ema’s implementation team while working closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Value Engineering.
