📋 Description

• The AI Implementation Strategist role at Haast Technologies Inc. is a pivotal position designed for legal professionals seeking to transition into AI-driven transformation, where you will directly impact how global enterprises modernize compliance and legal workflows through enterprise-grade LLM technology.
• This role exists to solve a $50B global compliance problem by enabling Tier-1 enterprises to replace manual, painful processes with intelligent, automated systems that deliver up to 80% faster reviews and 4x productivity gains — turning compliance from a cost center into a strategic advantage.
• Day to day, you will lead end-to-end AI implementation projects from customer onboarding through strategic rollout, owning the entire customer journey and ensuring measurable ROI is achieved at every stage.
• You will work closely with enterprise legal, compliance, and marketing teams to deconstruct complex workflows and rule sets, identifying friction points and translating them into structured AI-actionable insights that power Haast’s platform.
• As a trusted advisor, you will build credibility with General Counsels and CMOs by speaking their language, demonstrating deep understanding of their pain points, and guiding them to adopt and master the platform with confidence.
• You will troubleshoot technical and strategic blockers during implementation, devising elegant, scalable solutions that align with both customer needs and product capabilities, often acting as the bridge between user feedback and engineering execution.
• You will partner with product and engineering teams to feed real-world customer insights into Haast’s roadmap, helping shape feature prioritization and platform evolution based on live enterprise use cases.
• A key responsibility is scaling the implementation playbook — documenting best practices, creating repeatable frameworks, and enabling Haast to scale its global footprint efficiently as demand grows.
• You will operate within an engineering-driven, high-velocity culture that values learning, craft, and collaboration, where shipping real AI solutions to production is the norm and there is minimal red tape.

• Proven ability to deconstruct complex workflows and translate messy, real-world documents (e.g., contracts, compliance rules) into structured logic that AI systems can act on.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated credibility in engaging senior stakeholders like General Counsels and CMOs.
• Product mindset: experience thinking beyond ticket resolution to how solutions can be scaled, productized, and embedded into platform capabilities.
• Hands-on curiosity and experimentation with LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT), including understanding their strengths, limitations, and applicability to professional workflows.
• Ownership mentality: track record of driving outcomes, not just supporting projects, with accountability for customer success and measurable ROI.
