📋 Description

• The AI Implementation Manager at Ema Unlimited, Inc. is a critical delivery leadership role responsible for owning the end-to-end deployment and stabilization of Ema’s Universal AI Employee platform — a production-grade agentic AI system that automates complex enterprise workflows. This role ensures that AI solutions are not just demonstrated but reliably implemented at scale, transforming brittle manual operations into measurable business outcomes.
• You will serve as the technical anchor and delivery leader during high-stakes implementations, bridging customer business and IT teams with internal Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Value Engineering to translate real-world workflows into feasible, scalable agentic AI systems while maintaining rigorous standards for reliability, security, and operational discipline.
• Ema is building the world’s first Universal AI Employee — an agentic AI platform that executes end-to-end enterprise processes with humans in the loop where it matters. Backed by top-tier investors and founded by leaders from Google, Coinbase, and Okta, Ema operates at the frontier of responsible, scalable AI execution — not demos or prototypes.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning delivery from design alignment through production rollout and stabilization, ensuring all solutions align with Ema’s agentic architecture and platform capabilities.
• You will develop deep expertise in translating customer business processes and constraints into feasible agentic AI workflows, anticipating failure points in integrations, data quality, scale, and edge cases before they impact delivery.
• You will provide technical oversight without being the primary builder — acting as a delivery-focused guardian who de-risks implementations by identifying where AI systems commonly break in production environments.
• As the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, you will lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, and Value Engineering teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• You will coach teams and customers during high-pressure phases, reducing chaos and amplifying clarity when issues arise — stabilizing systems post-go-live under real operational pressure.
• You will track and report progress using outcome-adjacent metrics and adoption signals, not just feature completion, to demonstrate tangible business value and drive continuous improvement.
• You will mentor and enable delivery teams by promoting shared standards, clear ownership, and disciplined execution practices, helping to institutionalize best practices for agentic AI delivery across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, implementation management, or program leadership roles, preferably in enterprise software or platform environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex, customer-facing enterprise systems beyond pilot stages — with track record in production, scale, and accountability.
• Hands-on exposure to AI or automation systems in production, including familiarity with agentic AI, workflow orchestration platforms, or enterprise automation tools.
• Experience working across Engineering, Product, and customer IT teams, with strong technical and delivery judgment under pressure.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, and enterprise integrations, plus background in fast-growing startups or enterprise platform companies.
